NCSU is not very good. They play in the ACC. The ACC is not very good.

Maryland put like 42 on them. Awesome comeback in that game though.

Tennessee is not as good as USCe, however they have looked better in the first half than USCe did the entire game last night.
With that said, Vandy would probably be a 2-3 point favorite over NC State. And Mark May did say that the atmosphere in Nashville was intimidating...

NC State hasn't lost yet. I realize Tenn looks better, but a lot can change.
