Stipulations: You switch AU to week three for us and you switch Bama to week three for y’all.
You have the sports angle and the culture angle. So many outcomes.

I was a proponent of playing Ole Miss on the last Saturday in October but I don't think that is going to happen.

I hate playing Ole Miss early, should be now when we play as God intended.

Huge missed opportunity by the schedulers there.

The game has always been best on Halloween

Halloween falls on a Friday or Saturday over 25% of years. For years where it does, schedule LSU v Ole Miss on that day.

I’ve always enjoyed playing OM later in the year, but we can’t even get Auburn, Florida, and Alabama on the schedule every year anymore.
None of it makes sense.

I do not want bama in the 3rd week. frick that.
Move our bye week and play ole Miss the last Saturday in October. Followed by bama the next week.
