No, just a few of the regular posters here got their feelings hurt, so they called for the posters to get banned.

you're the fourth liberal/progressive i've heard of that has been banned from DU. one dude on texags, rex, yourself, and somebody i know IRL.
there's a lot of reddit (non-political boards) to where i'm like, "man they are really really leftist on this topic." but then realize there's plenty of comments just hidden or pushed to the bottom that are less left.
there are plenty of things you can ding the Poliboard on, but for the most part you're just going to get downvotes and jokes made against you if you go against the group think. you're not going to get banned or your posts removed.

I have definitely been banned on PT before and it’s all been within the last few months, that board has changed for sure

I mean I go against a fair amount of that board on welfare issues, race, and even recently on some LGBTQ things and accept my downvotes. Nobody would ever accuse me of being left of center. I just don’t argue and namecall.

You weren't simply there to make your point or defend any particular argument, you were straight up trolling. do that on ANY tigerdroppings board and they'll whack you. Ask Spunky about his experiences on the More Sports Board, or any ATL fan posting on MSB.
