Gouge already called bull shite on these goons. Greene locked on to Harsin early. Venables was given a legit shot at providing a plan, but after a few days decided to stay a DC. The talks with Napier never progressed because of Harsin. Those are the facts. Believe it or don't. However, this guy has no clue what he is writing. ETA AU never had interest in Clark. He reached out, we declined. Same with Sark.

Leach is a household name.

more for his quotes and less for his coaching ability.

ETA and a lot of names come out in every coaching search. Many of those names being leaked are from said coaches agents trying to get them a raise..........and they never were even a consideration.

So you are an insider with much knowledge we see. I’m not saying that there’s not a small group in f fans that’d say something that ridiculous but then again do you really know more than them?

What rivalry? MSU is just another win on Auburn’s schedule.

Leach is a household name that has won what exactly? Not one conference championship and a losing bowl record. You will be looking for a new coach inside of 3-4 years.

I couldn't believe that Leach is getting paid 5 Million dollars a year! The problem he isn't putting all the effort to win every game. This year proved it! 3-7 record.

Based on the track record of Auburn beat writing reporting, it's fairly safe to say Auburn doesn't have any true insiders, so everything posted on social media should be taken with a grain of salt until proven otherwise. This is the second big hire off the top my head that completely blind-sided the Auburn fan base.

We have 0 insiders. This search has proven it.

Yes it is. As bad as they were when they beat you?

I mean, half your fan base was playing in traffic after that loss. Not being critical, because it was understandable.

Lolz

Uga loses a game or two to teams they should wipe the floor with almost annually. That is what makes Uga the most underachieving team in college football.

None of that is accurate.

What is accurate is that the search committee recommended hiring Cristobal. If he fell through, the next two names up, in no order, were Harsin and Venables.

Hope this helps.

Auburn insiders know diddly-squat, Jon Snow.

Hell, I'd bet Bama insiders know more inside-Auburn info than Auburn insiders.

Holy shite... he actually said this in a thread where he accused Auburn fans of being delusional.

Yes, he actually did that.

I'm guessing most BOTs are a royal mess in the SEC when they smell a coaching search. If the line of demarcation isn't clearly defined with who carries the big stick in the vetting room then the chaos will quickly ensue. Which it did here. Plenty of more southern candidates, with job security of their own, wanted no part of that merry mess.

Some of these Auburn rumor-pushers have GOT to be related to our good ol' buddy, bluetunatiger...

Obsessive insanity that severe has got to be hereditary.
