Biggest crock of shite. They are not always right but they unfortunately the shitty customers take advantage of it. I found the more product I sold to a customer the better a partner they are and accept they have faults. Much easier to work with than the light accounts.

100% agree. Customers have learned that if they stomp their feet the loudest and bitch the most they normally get what they want. I make a point of making sure those customers learn it doesn't always work.
