The continued court case that was scheduled for today has been rescheduled without a new date. The main issue that was to be discussed was the SEC's right to expel a member institution without offering any legal recourse. Therefore, I believe the likelihood of a vote to expel a member institution has been canceled. While they will still hold a meeting to criticize LSU and Lane Kiffin, it is unlikely that anything will come from it. If they attempt to impose any penalties, they will likely end up back in court.

We should be preparing to leave and just do it at the most inappropriate time for the SEC. Like during the National Championship post game interviews after we win.

Do it before the first playoff game so that the SEC has no authority to collect any funds that LSU may receive for its playoff appearances. (Ya think mebbe the SEC might seek legal recourse in an attempt to get their grubby fingers on that money? I do - but eff 'em.)
