Pretty masterful, I must say but I would have preferred you stick the Faggies with him, but still impressed

Ask your friend in the FBI to investigate for you

Ignoring the idiot troll creature who I assume is one of chicken’s relatives, who do you have coming in gumps? I honestly didn’t think he was as bad as you guys thought, but more a symptom of the difficulties of college defenses these days but he definitely wasn’t great. Probably time for a change for Saban’s last hayride

Spin your trash to ole miss and leave them rooting their horn…masterful

Guy on our board says Glenn Schumann is the hire.
We'll see.
We'll see.

I just don't see what Schumann gains from that move.

He's an Alabama legacy and an alum.
Saban gave him his start in coaching.
Why stay at Georgia?

Better program currently.
Sentimental reasons seem to be the only "upside."

Schumann Dc. They’re 2-3 years then HC somewhere.
JP will be there as an advisor not a field coach.

Maybe.
Or perhaps he wants a gigantic raise from the $800K he currently makes.

I'm sure Georgia can match any offer.

What Lane was smoking when he hired Gol*ing? I bet it was flown in from Morocco by the REC.

We they are just trying to keep people under 30 ppg at Ole Miss, totally different deal

On tip of what Saint said, he would be THE dc at Bama instead of sharing it as co defensive dc at UGA.

He’s co DC with Muschamp at UGA.
That situation isnt going to work forever regardless of whether it’s Bama or some other major program that makes an offer.
My guess is UGA can hold on to one of those two but not both.

This.
There are a phenomenal amount of absolute idiots on this message board.
Ole Miss fans know we aren't hiring the best DC in the nation. But we ARE hiring a damned solid one who(I'm assuming) is a solid recruiter. Bama fans ARE hoping they're going to hire the best DC in the nation.
This is a definitive upgrade for Ole Miss. Bama could just as easily make a worse hire.
