I've heard that the US Open is that weekend and will be aired on CBS, so likely they would be ESPN games. My guess is GameDay will be at one of those games.

And in September, it could still be really hot in Missouri as well. I thought I was gonna die at one of the early games last year.

I'm assuming he was implying a CBS double header

Maybe, but I doubt it. CBS doesn't start their SEC broadcasts until the third week of the season, I think. I think they are covering the US Open tennis tournament until then, if I recall correctly.

Not happening.

The US Open is that weekend. CBS televises the Open, and has forever.

that time of year the average is low 80's, so 90-something is certainly a real possibility, and anything over 87 is going to feel very warm if you are sitting out in the sun for hours.

Our September average is 80, but last year in early September I sat outside in the middle of the afternoon watching a game in 97 degree weather. Thought I was gonna die.

Kyle Field is the hottest place on earth in Sept. Yes, I was at Tenn in 05 and have been to the Swamp...and while they were brutal, they are nothing compared to Kyle Field in Sept.

Much ado about nothing. ESPN has SEC doubleheaders all the time.

I thought everyone knew these games were on ESPN. Haven't we covered this already?
