And I would take them over Syracuse (why are they 22?)

Syracuse had one bad loss against Notre Dame last year. Other wise they had a pretty darn good season, including once again giving Clemson fits and wiping the floor with a good WVU team in their bowl game. They won 10 games in a P5 conference.

22 seems about right for them to be honest and a spot or two higher wouldn't be out of line.

Yea they should. Their schedule sets up well, they have a good team. No reason for them not to be in the top 25

meh, sure I would rather be ranked in the pre season poll, as they have statistics for that. But I wont lose sleep, I'll only lose sleep if we dont finish top 25.

Also, I bet we're ranked going into week 2.

Neither Missouri or Nebraska should be in the top 25 at current. We had a strong finish to our season, but flopped in the bowl. Nebraska ... they literally were so so bad. Get out of here with it.

No. Kelly Bryant is not a better QB than Drew Lock. Overyhped.

If you say so how come Drew Lock could not perform well against your team last year? This year Kelly Bryant should get that win against your team this year. I see a huge difference from those two type of quarterbacks. Missouri should be 10-2 or even 11-1. But I picked 10-2 to play it safe.

As has been noted since we weren’t eligible for the other poll since the postseason ban a huge number of voters used the previous polls as a standard and forgot about us entirely.

Shows how lazy many are who complete polls. It doesn’t matter, they’ll be ranked after winning again Wyoming...and if they lose to Wyoming they shouldn’t be ranked in the top 100.

Mizzou would be getting a lot more buzz if they had won their bowl game last year (which they should have won)

Odom has to stop losing games like that as well

Mizzou and Miss St both should be ranked....Army should be ranked over Nebraska

Well we don't exactly know this for a fact.....but Lock definitely can throw the deep ball better. Bryant was a pretty accurate QB at Clemson and took his team the Playoffs. He brings a whole new dynamic to the offense with this speed. Mizzou has a nice set of RB's, solid WR's and preseason All American in Albert O at TE. I think Mizzou offense can be better this year. Rountree is really underrated at RB.

They could sneak into the top 10 by the UGA game because I can really see them starting 8-0.

Mizzou defense is thinner at DT than it was last year, but many expect Jordan Elliott to have a big year.....I actually think the DE's will better this year and I love the depth at LB and secondary has potential to be the best Mizzou has had in a long time
