That's what I understood him to say. The NCAA talked to a witness, who knows the alleged bagman, is what I gathered him to be saying. That they had talked to the witness, but not to the alleged bagman and it was 50/50 if he(alleged bagman) would talk to the NCAA and that's where the 50/50 comments were intended that he said were taken out of context, and that he was 100% confident in the witness he talked to as being truthful. His words, paraphrased, tifwiw.

Shouldn't you be stalking some 13 year old on youtube or something? I know you don't want to discuss anything and can't seem to grasp that I've not given any validity to what was said, only tried to accurately state what was said. You and stupidfrick seem to want to attach a label and try to make folks think I'm supporting or believing what was said, instead of just putting the info out there that was said. Dispute it, discuss, whatever you want to do, but if you want to suck off cfbfan do it in private.

Are people confusing the words witness and informant?
When I hear the word witness, illusions of someone actually witnessing the event in question come to mind, while an informant is someone coming forward who may or may not have pertinent information, but nonetheless must be interviewed and any new information obtained from said interview must be investigated or deemed unworthy.
