I wouldn't say he has changed his story. He actually seems pretty hell bent on his info. I would agree that the interpretation of the details can be seen differently depending on which interview you hear. Hell, if you tell a story about the cross examination you had last week to 5 or 6 other attorneys, I'm sure they could compare notes and find flaws in the details.

I don't have a clue if Sheridan is right or wrong on what he believes, and I won't pretend to. What I absolutely believe is that Sheridan believes he is right and believes that his info is good.

As to the triple hearsay and having an out, it's probably because we have way too many lawyers. Sorry, no flame, just too easy to pass up.
