He just claimed that maybe the NCAA used Danny, the well known oddsmaker to release info about an investigation. He said maybe they wanted people questioning Chizik about it at media days. Said they probably knew he was gonna be on the show

I really think he was just playing with Jim from Tuscaloosa.
He did say, "Let's play the game, Jim" before he said all of that.
At least, for his reputation (har har har har har), I hope he was just joking.
He did admit to Dennis who agreed that the investigation seems to be over.

Usually I can tell when Paul is just fricking with someone, but I don't think I have ever heard him say anything to make his boy Jim from Tuscaloosa intentionally look like a fool. I hope he was joking, but I don't think he was when he was posing a hypothetical
