If you think the FBI and Federal prosecutors, while gathering and organizing evidence for a federal case, ever even once takes into consideration what the NCAA wants or needs, you are living up to your reputation as the newest little ATPB roach on the block.
"Hey Joe! Look at this! Let's put a red Post-it label on this page so we don't forget to tell the NCAA all about this one!"
Hey... when you go back to talk to your fellow ATPB roaches, make sure you update them on your new theories on the Knights Templar involvement in AU recruiting as well, OK?
again, agree 100%. the FBI isn't carrying the NCAA's water and they don't have the manpower to chase every potential crime that they hear about. and they have absolutely no desire to wade into the decisive politics of busting up big college football and the BCS. there had to be a reason to interview Bond, and it had to be more substantial than trying to catch the Newton's on tax evasion or postal fraud.

I'm certain you would have taken him at his word had he said that
Are you going to believe an accused bank robber more if he said he did, or didnt rob the bank? Probably if he said he did, becuse, while he would have motive to lie about NOT robbing the bank, he would have little motive to lie and say he did rob the bank. Cecil would have little motive to not proclaim his inocence given the chance.....if, of course, he were innocent.

Agree 100%. What they do care about is money crossing state lines, laundering, racketeering, etc. All of which would be possible crimes committed if a player was "bought" by a school (not saying Cam & AU, but any player to any school).
See.. there you have it. IF the FBI doesn't give a rip about NCAA football, then why would they interview anybody. There has to be an answer.

There has to be an answer.

There's an answer.
But its 99.9999% likely the answer isn't found in the roach trap you keep trying to crawl into.

Don't put me in that category. There are some Aubies in here that will vouch for that.
I believe there is something to all this, but I draw the line at sacrificing chickens during a dark ritual to speak to the dead bagman that the Family killed to keep quiet about the 180k they paid Cecil. That's ATPB territory.

I think he was probably just pissed off at being asked the question again and tried to give a smart arse response, but you can take it as an admission that *U paid him if you want.

You dont think all those things together paints a pretty grim picture of the situation?
you're reading into it exactly what you want... you've already connect dots that aren't there. No sense in really arguing with you anyway.
bottom line is there is no connection between cecil newton and Auburn, regardless of what rambling BS sheridan puts out there... until someone produces that link I'll remain confident in AU's case.

Naaah... I'll sit over here, smokin' my seegar, sippin' on a touch of whiskey, enjoyin' being current BCS Champion while you sit over their and fear your shadow, brah.

Again, its not like that occured in a vacuum. its no one thing, its a bunch of things added together.

The Family knows where all the ATPBer's live.
