True.

You've just reached the age where you've traded Decadence Fest for Lemon Parties.

Share something that might surprise others
Not surprising, in fact kind of boring, but you didn't say it had to be interesting information

Number of teams I have seen play live by conference (based on current membership) -

AAC - 2
ACC - 7
Big 10 - 5
Big 12 - 6
Conference USA - 5
MAC - 2
MWC - 2
PAC - 3
SEC - 13
Sunbelt - 1
Independents - 3

Guess I need to make a Vandy game to complete one of the conferences.

Bowl Games I've attended -

Hall of Fame / All American Bowl - Birmingham
Independence Bowl - Shreveport
Cotton Bowl - Dallas
Texas Bowl - Houston
National Championship Game - Santa Clara

NCG - As soon as Alabama walked onto the field for warm-ups you could tell it was going to be a blow out. My wife and I both stated such to each other. There was zero energy by the Bama team. When Clemson came out for warm-ups it was night and day difference. I have seen Bama play a bunch of times and have never seen such a lack of enthusiasm from them prior to a game.

How could you forget this little nugget of Gold: ALL of UGA's Rivals have won a NC since their last one...including Tech.

I was flying out of Heathrow when they caught the toothpaste bomber in 2006. There were only three planes flying to the States during that time slot. There's a 33% chance he was targeting my plane.

The Toothpaste bombing plotter.

He plotted to bomb, he did not bomb. Therefore he is not a "bomber".

She swears she did

She was an 18 year old bank teller in Searcy, Arkansas, and Sam had some five/dime store on the square there I guess, and she talked to him on her lunch break and advised him of how to proceed with his store

Just in the last few days, I'm having to hear about her "inventions she's presenting to the My Pillow guy"

holy crap these posts I've searched happened literally this month, August 2021,

So I think that Ben Franklin was Sam's. No, I don't think Mom gave Sam an idea for anything, but I do believe she talked to him on her lunch break. My Mom would break in on a conversation, without prompting, between a Rockefeller and a Carnegie and give them a recipe for red bean stew or mustard greens and country ham.

1. I am obsessed with HH Holmes and Jack the Ripper movies/books.

2. We Auburn fans don’t think about college football 24/7.

I once had a lengthy conversation with Loretta Lynn....while her hair was in rollers.
