FWIW I think a Ole Miss vs Michigan game would be even on a neutral field, Michigan would win at Ann Arbor, and Ole Miss in Oxford.

Not true. There was that pesky ex-wife of a trucking company owner in Dallas who told on him for paying players too much. It's not recruiting related, but NCAA related none the less.
