Forde just like Pete Thamel were weapons-grade sure that we were cheating with Cam. After the 13-month exhaustive NCAA investigation found not only zero primary violations, but also no secondary violations either they had egg on their face. They been "out to get us" ever since.

I seem to remember that Forde was going hard after Bama about a decade ago before Cam. I could be misremembering, but I thought he and Yahoo were big on the Charger hunt and the like.
I wonder if when he got a blood feud with Auburn and LSU it became an enemy of my enemy is my friend thing.
What's your theory?

I still believe that him and a few others are getting checks from REC assholes. I hate to be conspiracy guy, but that crap with that chick from the NYT going after us for a few years doesn't even make sense. We don't have a Journalism school, bammer does, maybe it's a culture thing.
