The freshman QB who led his team to 9 wins with one of, if not the, toughest schedule in CFB.

I thought this might get LSU's attention. Even as an AU fan I can understand that, although I think an argument can be made that Nix was more valuable to our team than Stingley was for LSU.

He should’ve played better.

Easy... he wasn’t as good or valuable to his team

Bo Nix is absolute garbage. Stingley has 6 picks on the year one of them coming against Bo Nix's garbage arse.

If Nix was even average Auburn wins 11 games.

More like did not screw up so much that the real contributions by the defense allowed for 9 wins.

This should have been Stingley all day.

Andrew Thomas is the only one without a victory over Alabama. Good eye

It’s a meaningless award. Why so triggered?

Orgeron is a solid second best coach in the SEC.

I don't think anyone can disagree with this considering the year some of our players had but Stingley led the SEC in interceptions as a true freshman. Nix was big for AU but not great among other conference QB's. Not a big deal, Stingley did make first team ALL SEC and get the AP SEC Newcomer of the year award. Everybody gets a prize...

Clearly the SEC was more impressed with Nix than Stingley.
