So? Everyone in the SEC is playing the NIL game. It's about being smart with your money to get the best players in areas of need. A&M essentially let Noah Thomas go to Georgia and instead spent on Concepcion and Craver. While that takes money it's more about talent evaluation and roster management. The reality is SEC football is basically NFL light and you need to think like a GM and a coach to succeed. Or else you can try the Dabo Sweeney route, that's working out great for him.

It is universally understood that any statistic based on per game averages has a qualifier.
