LSU Sunshine pumpers are in denial. Both of our losses are CLM's fault. If he wasn't a moron we would be playing ND on 1/7

Im going to quote the guy above you...
quote:

If you had told me on sept 1 that LSU would go 10-2 and finish second in the west I would have been truely dissapointed. If you would have added tigers lose both starting tackles and starting guard with their replacements being two freshmen and a guard that hadn't played a snap at tackle while at LSU. Plus starting RB. That's only on offense. Then top that off with all american CB and starting LB suspended for the year. I would have been pleasently suprised by that record. As for the LB spot, tigers started four different players due to injury and illness. At CB LSU ended up starting true freshman. With that all said and done LSU was VERY and I mean VERY CLOSE to undefeated regular season once again. Minter doesn't get hurt for those two series against the gators they might not score those TDs. Tigers were five yards away from victory against bama. So yes all things considered with the way the season played out I was dissapointed with the final record. How that team was able to finish 10-2 and so close to 12-0 is remarkable though.

ETA: But but but LES MILES SUCKS!!!111!!11
Yo loyalauron still waiting on your response.

Laughing at Arkansas became cliche. That's how far you fell...right through cliche
Wasn't LSU supposed to win it all? I mean they had a crapload of returning starters and lets not forget, METTSIAH??

everybody has injuries to manage and plan for.

I can't express the magnitude of the retardness of this statement.

lulz, how is the Chicken Bowl not a dissapointment when you guys were repping this being the best LSU team ever?

quote:

Between graduation, injury and suspension LSU only actually brought back 9 of 22 from the BCSCG

OK, so attrition isn't something everyone has to deal with. It's just not fair for LSU to have to rely on depth and recruiting and coaching like everyone else.

quote:

I would say Im amazed at how retarded you are ... but I would be just fooling myself.

LSU was devasted by injuries/players leaving during season and still managed 10 wins.

It was actually probably one of Miles best job keeping the team together to achieve double digit wins

No SEC title, No Care. right?
Here come the #7 Nationally rings.

I was grading the teams based on how they fared against the expectations BEFORE the season started.

I was disappointed club didn't get to ATL to defend, no doubt. Reduced to hoping AU pulled a 'a miracle on ice' in IB Oh well, here's to a good finish and and a better 2013.

We never would have been in that situation if CLM didn't do stupid shite all game. 4th & 12 fake field goal. Please.

The UF game was simply lack of preparation on offense. I'm sure you are aware by now that CLM is our real OC. It's CLM's job to get the team ready for games. We scored 6 points. Yep, definitely prepared.

We would be going to the NCG even with the UF loss if we would have beaten Bama.

No worries. Just 7 more years of CLM, then 3-5 years of a step back, then, assuming good fortune, the 'right guy' in 2025 or so. Till then...

Yes Exactly! Every damn LSU fan on this site said it would be a 12-0 SEC Champion + BCSCG or bust season. All they needed was decent play from Mettsiah and they'd ride their stable of of RBs all they to pay dirt. Now I see they're counting the fact that the freshman RB Hill started some games as an excuse of how their roster was hurt by injuries. That's a big load a crap. What hurt LSU was the oline injuries and the fact they just weren't as good as they thought they'd be, especially on defense. Their schedule set up nicely for them getting Bama at home at night in death valley where they never lose. Well they did lose, give them credit for fighting hard to get back in the game after Bama dominated the 1st half 14-3, the extra week to prep and fresh legs got them ahead late but as a champion. Usually does. BAMA found a way to make the plays when it counted most!

This was definitely a bust season by pre-season hype from the LSU fans.

Before the season started, yea we were thinking we had a good chance. But at least Hog fans are admitting that we sucked, something tardfans (LSU fans) aren't admitting. Wasn't this LSU team supposed to be the greatest LSU team ever?

The only time Les Miles was seen with a play calling sheet this year was against USCe. We had 411 yards of offense on them...

LSU is gonna end up having lost to the #1 and #2 teams, barely, after having lost a heisman finalist, multiple starters to injury, playing more freshmen than anyone else in the country, and has a shot at finishing in the top 5.
