It's just been an overall decline in play. Bianco waits too long to make a pitching decision and our guys can't bounce back. Then our relievers can't even make it through a full inning. Stupid baserunning and errors in the outfield. It's really just been one thing after the other.
Oh and our batters seem like they have no confidence at the plate.

So witch is it? He can't pull guys quick enough, but the bullpen cant get through an inning. Sounds like a lose-lose situation for him.

Yeah, he's a JUCO transfer. Junior this year. Didn't get into the lineup when we played y'all but he has been a fairly regular starter in RF the last 6 weeks or so. He hit the game tying homer vs. aTm in the 9th when we beat them in 15 innings.

Sorry I forgot to clarify.....he waits too long to take out the starting pitcher. Then if a reliever gives up a hit or two he pulls him for the next guy.

Bianco just doesn't know how to finish games and win when it matters. Been his problem his entire career. He's had plenty of teams talented enough to win a national title, but he just can't get out of his own way.

Tech jumped all over him, though if your hot hitting team faced the same pitcher in all 3 games that’s likely to happen.
Auburn wasn’t his best start but it also wasn’t his worst. Otherwise his numbers speak for themselves (2.94 ERA and .178 OBA)

You should see the poli board thread. I questioned if I should put that I'm a minority on my GMAT/GRE for grad school. I'll also tell my children to do this when they are in high school to get higher scores.
I am fond of a story I heard about a white woman who identified herself as African on her driver's license application. When the folks at the DMV protested she announced she had been born in South Africa and that makes her more African then anyone working there.
That story having been told back to watching the SEC tournament!

At this point, why even have replay if you can’t get the call right? Sheesh

Just two weeks ago Ole Miss had as good a shot of winning the West as anyone. Have the injuries started mounting up or is it a case of your head coach Bianco getting the yips and starting to second guess himself?

Is there a limit to how many reviews there can be in a game? Definitely kills momentum and slows the game down after they've tried so much to speed the game up.

Definitely the yips. Injuries haven't been an issue really for the team. We had Olenik out for the State series due to illness and that was apparently all it took.
Bianco is just making bad decisions.
But it also looks like our players start mailing it in as soon as there's any sign of being down.

Had a cousin who used to ump in the SEC. He said Bianco rode his players so hard that by the end of the year, they were just tired of it. My cousins umpiring tenure went back to Skip at LSU. He said Bianco's trying the same tactics but just not getting the results.

By all accounts Broyles loved coaching at Missouri the one year he was there. He went to Arkansas mostly because he realized that if he could compete with Texas then he'd have a team in contention for a national title most years.

It was close. I thought he was out too.

That dude was out. Should have stayed.

For some reason our coaches think Dillard is faster than he really is. That's not the first time this season he's still been on the bag at 3rd while the throw is being made and they send him home and he gets thrown out.
