Somehow this is justification for them even though it's not even close to being the same thing.
Because if someone else does something wrong, it means it's ok that they did. Screw addressing the problems, screw holding people who didn't things accountable, what's more important is they can point fingers towards something.
Kind of like how when the Guise rape stuff comes up, and how it was covered up so he could play football, they start bringing up a student thing that's not even the same thing.

And the fact that you made a big deal about him being wrong about the amount of money rather than the actions taken - which he was correct about, really goes to highlight that you are only interested in making excuses and glossing things over.
Otherwise you would have just said "Well it wasn't millions of dollars", rather than just trying to pretend he was completely wrong - he wasn't.

I will admit I should've initially specified no LSU players had been charged with rape despite a narrative that LSU football is rampant with rapists.

Repeating this lie doesn't make it any more true. I can provide you with posts of me calling for the firing of multiple LSU individuals who aided in any sort of cover-up.
I could also provide you with an informative post that details each individual case of the 10 football players (including falsely-accused players such as Jacob Phillips), but you come across as someone whos moreso of a headline-reader than an actual article reader. It's a common trait in smoothbrained individuals who act like they're informed on a subject.
You also seem to have no interest in responding to the fact that the girl declined to press any charges when approached by LSU officials.
And plus, you also root for a school that covered up for a rapey booster whose victim eventually took her own life because of the big Crimson machine, so all of your "piece of shite" projection isn't really hurting anyone's fellings, big fella.
