Ok? What about when the sacks didn’t stall the drives bc the QB got back up and surgically dismantled the defense?

I bet that’s demoralizing for a defense after they thought they stopped the QB on the sack but had to stay on the field and watch that same QB drive it into their EZ.

One cherry picked stat means nothing.

You don’t have to be so defensive. If that were Tua in the top 3, and Florida’s pass rush was coming to town next week, I’d be pretty concerned.

Do you see how easy that is to admit?

It’s weird. It’s like sacks have the opposite effect on the guy. He gets up even more focused and determined than before and becomes Drew Brees.

Conveniently left off the other two quarterbacks tied with Burrow at 9. Hmmm. I wonder why?

How many sacks per drop back does that come to? And where does that rank?

I'm not sure if you follow stocks on twitter, but what you just posted would give you a great chance at "bag holder quotes"

Just posting my observation. It’s happened with too much consistency to call it an aberration.

I don’t understand it either, but I’ve seen enough of it to know there’s something to it.

Is that a stat? Surely they could come up with something a little shorter for the name of the category.

Smarter way to look at this....

Sack rate per dropback
1. Jake Fromm - 0.9%
2. Nick Starkel - 1.5%
3. Tua Tagovailoa - 3.9%
4. Bo Nix - 4.4%
5. Kellen Mond - 4.7%
6. Kelly Bryant - 5.2%
7. Joe Burrow - 5.3%
8. Ryan Hilinski - 5.3%
9. Sawyer Smith - 6.4%
10. Ben Hicks - 6.5%
11. Jarrett Guarantano - 6.7%
12. Riley Neal - 7.5%
13. Matt Corral - 8.1%
14. Kyle Trask - 8.5%
