I remember a few weeks ago there were some people that said Hurd and Kamara was the best tandem in the SEC. When I suggested that was ridiculous, and Kamara was an average running back, a few got livid, even one Bammer.

laughin out loud

No, but he does take away from the others carries/yards.

Kamara and Hurd have the preseason #1 rank according to SEC network. There was multiple threads made after that. Many people agreed, mostly UT fans and fans trolling LSU

Any Hurd/Kamara will never top this list. Kamara is very effective catching the ball out of the back field and is used that way quite a bit. It doesn't help that for some unknown reason the coaches haven't been using him a lot.

The Appalachian State game fricked up our rushing stats pretty bad.

Our offensive line has straight up sucked through 2 weeks. Hurd and Kamara are getting contact in the backfield on nearly every play.

Rushing improved when we took Thomas out, we'll see if Jones will bench his arse permanently.

It was night and day instantly when they did that, surely they aren't dumb enough to go back to it.

This is Butch Jones, Mike Debord, and Don Mahoney we're talking about. The 3 Stooges. Of course they're stupid enough to go back to it.

Sony Michel missed the first game and played very sparing the second game. Also, UGA's RBs go 4 deep and each get carries.

For this year so far, it would probably be more fair to do Chubb and Herrien considering they've gotten the most carries.

It would still be 4th place, but 67 rushes for 408 yards. Not exactly sure on the math but it should be just over 6 yards a carry.

So Chubb by himself has out rushed LF/Guice.

What about Keith Ford/Trayveon Williams?

42 carries, 236 yards, 3 touchdowns. 5.61 YPC.

If you include Trevor Knight, you get:

58 carries, 345 yards, 6 touchdowns. 5.95 YPC.

Alabama has only had 36 attempts in two games. We haven't played smash mouth football all year.

I guess preseason is over.
