SEC is in a lengthy title drought.
When will it rain again?
When will it rain again?

Anxious to see how the new guys mesh
But it really couldn’t get any worse than Kermit… watching that was like watching iowa footballs offense.. it hurt to watch and was just terrible

Did Murray and/or Cisse get waivers to play?

It is so hard to figure out who will be good with all the transfers.

SEC Pre Season Media poll was kind of interesting...
1. Tennessee
2. aTm
3. Arkansas
4. Kentucky
5. Alabama
6. Auburn
7. Mississippi State
8. Florida
9. Missouri
10. Ole Miss
11. Vanderbilt
12. Georgia
13. LSU
14. South Carolina
Surprised Missouri is so low. I think aTm is too high. Will South Carolina really be the worst in the league? How many more years does Vandy give Stackhouse? Dude is below .500 and is going into his 5th season. Still picked in the bottom portion of the league.

Have they always done media days for hoops?

Alabama has a chance to do what only one team has done (not named Kentucky), win 3 of 4 regular season titles not shared with anyone.
Florida did it in '11, '13 and '14. Nobody else has.
Some have come close:
~Ala won 3 from '74-76 but shared 2 of them in '74 and '75.
~MSU won 4 of 5 from '59-63 but shared one in '62. This was likely the most impressive run again, outside of Kentucky.
~Tenn won 3 in a row in the early 40's but shared them all with Kentucky.

Alabama needs to focus on getting out of the Sweet 16. Conference titles really mean nothing.

They don't when you can't seem to win any of them. Looking at you!

No, they mean nothing. Literally.
The idea is to win when it matters, which is the NCAA Tourney.
Arkansas won the SEC in baseball last year. LSU won the national title. LSU's season > Arkansas's.
It is pretty simple unless all you have to hang your hat on is the regular season.

I doubt Muss and your players don't care about the regular season title but you keep telling yourself that. Whatever helps you!

Muss views the regular season as tournament prep. It isnt rocket surgery.
When a program hasnt been to an Elite Eight but once in its programs history, and that one time was 20 seasons ago, I can understand how your comprehension of what matters in college basketball is clouded.

If all that matters is winning it all, you are really failing at every level. Congrats.

You can accomplish both. Bama held up two trophies last year in Basketball...how many trophies did your team hold up?

Played for two national titles. Been to the Elite Eight 2 of the last 3 seasons and 11 times in program history. Been to the Sweet Sixteen 3 consecutive years.
Muss will win a national title at Arkansas before Alabama gets back to the Elite Eight.
