People are people in this country. No different with police - vast majority of them are good IMO, but there are those who will get lazy with their consideration of others and proper handling of the powers their office gives them.
The big thing is, the authorities need to properly punish the police for abusing their powers in these circumstances, and not play the "good ole' boy" politics, or that's where the real abuses take place....

These hick towns pay their cops off of drug seizures. Theres probably 2 black men in Wyoming as it is. These guys knew what they were doing and what they were looking for. There will be a settlement and the tax payers will end up paying it. The cops will get a paid vacation and do it again the next week.

I've made the drive from SC to Moab Utah twice for Easter Jeep Safari. Had them do this to me twice. Fortunately I'm white so I get to maintain my rights and shut the shite down before it starts. Had one in Utah try to false hit on my car with the dog. He turned to me and realized I was recording him and said. " You know I know what you just did right"?
Apparently this isn their only way to create revenue out on these rural routes. Anyone with an out of state tag is an auto suspect.

I'm so tired of this stupid shite. Look Marcus, if u want to completely avoid shite like this, don't break the law and speed in the first place. Boom, situation completely avoided. Second, does he realize that they were prob the only black people on the damn county they were in and prob told the police that they were on their way from Las Vegas to South Carolina and just happened to be in Nebraska? Wtf? That doesn't make any sense, lol. So, they were stopped and suspected of drugs in the vehicle and then let go when cleared? What's the big fricking deal? How do they expect for any drug traffickers to be apprehended without steps like these? Would I be racially profiled as a white man with that story and then getting searched? How about if I'm driving in a drug area in a city and i get pulled over bc I'm white and they know that I look out of place there and something seems off even if it's not?
