I bet at least 60 percent of the top 5 States are a large majority a certain race.
Just like the top 5 most dangerous cities are usually well represented by a specific race.

You’re clueless. White people and corporations have been extracting resources from Africa for decades if not longer, relying on the locals for labor while giving nothing back. They steal the resources and leave.
