Too much money to walk away from. Any SEC college President that shuts down fall football will get run off quick.
Football pays for most of the sports programs at every school.
If the rest of the conferences shut it down, thats okay. It will be a recruiting and TV ratings bonus like never before.
Every 5* in the country will be signing with an SEC school.

Two P5 commissioner downplay the "emergency" nature of today's call. They speak almost every day. That said, the seriousness of the discussions is clear. No indication on whether conferences will be united in announcement. "Ultimately I have to do what's best for my league."

I hope the sec realizes it’s the only conference that matters. Use this as another step up on the pussy conferences. We need a round robin sec schedule this year to spit on the big 10
