25? Why in the hell aren't we able to buy 40's like Florida or Georgia?

So, you mean Bama didn't/doesn't have Deuce-dueces or fodies?

I thought it was odd I never saw any in the gas stations when I've travel threw the state.

The focus of this bill is to allow more gourmet beers, which are mostly in the 16-25 range....not to have 40 oz buds to smash at 'Dega.

It is hard to play edward40hands with 12ozers...

Mickey's, Schiltz, PBR, OE, all quality brands, all available in 40s...

Just seems kind of silly to set the limit at 25 and not go all the way bay bay

Don't get me wrong, I personally think it is stupid as frick to limit container size or booze content of beer. Hell, the state of Alabama runs package stores with Everclear in them. But, this angle..."the gourmet angle"...is how it is getting passed. You have to placate the Bible thumpers somehow.

Does your state allow sales on Sunday?

Arkansas is a town by town basis on this, with only two towns in the state who sale on Sunday.

County by county basis here. Some counties are still dry.
