Games involving Texas A&M and Mizzou before they joined were not included. I used on field results, so this ignores forfeits and vacated games.

The East has been terrible since adding Missouri and A&M.
2017 Georgia is the only quality SEC East team since the expansion.

Nah, not the two other teams from the East that finished in the Top 5 since 2012

264-204-3
it also says that Vanderbilt is 13-59 vs the West. that would equal 46 of the 58 game advantage the West currently holds over the East.

So it's not as lopsided, historically, as some claim.
And it'll balance back out over the longrun.

Damn...that's incredible and hits the West is better top to bottom narrative than the East right in the jugular.

I included the SECCG and Alabama Georgia from a year ago. Adding those in, I'm still coming up one short on my West total though.
Was there a East-West conference game that went unplayed during that time frame because 248-192-3 only adds to 443 games, but 444 cross divisional regular season games should have been played by now? 18 per year for 20 years and 14 per year for 6 years.

These are just numbers. There's no implication in this thread. If anything, the overall record is closer than I would've expected.
