Yea, no. Nick Marshall, Dak Prescott, Maty Mauk, and Dylan Thompson are all better than him. Maybe more.

JD only looked bad because of Pease and the oline. Way more skilled than other two.

Congrats, you just predicted a shitty senior QB to be possibly slightly less shitty than a true freshman or a guy who didnt even throw for 100 yards in the bowl game.

He's more athletic. That doesn't necessarily mean he's better. I'm sure all the other qb's will be improved from last season not just him

Well do you honestly believe he'll turn out to be good? It sure doesn't sound like it when your fans are bashing him and clamoring for a true freshman to start.

Our fans bash every player at some point. That means nothing.
Fact is, there's no telling what we'll get out of a guy who has started 1 rainy game in his career and did poorly and in the only other game he played in significantly he led a heroic game winning drive.
