Y’all setting a low arse bar for us.

I’m okay with it. We’ve had one season since 2000 that’s 4-8 or worse and it was 4-8. All SEC schedule we finished .500. I certainly think we will improve from last year but a lot rides on Brady Cook.

Also, I think Florida finishes 6th. Not us.

Which SEC team do you see UGA losing to?

Not so much setting a low bar for you as it is setting a high bar for the rest. The old cream appears to be rising to the top in the East.

Tennessee second at 8-4? That would get you 5th place in the West.

In what world? Mizzou has beat SC three years in a row but they got Rattler. Florida just lost their best linebacker who transferred to Mizzou and lost to Mizzou last year. Tennessee got us big last year. Georgia is Georgia. Kentucky Mizzou was a dog fight last season.

Media perception is a hell of a thing and you’d most certainly have to be betting that Mizzou got worse. Mizzou brought in a Top 15 class as well. I’m fine with the low projection. I just would bet every last penny that 4-8 wouldn’t happen lol

Fixed it for you. GA is double digit favorite in every game.

AT Mississippi State. After two tough games with Florida and Tennessee. Not enough time to prepare for that schit. Air raid, cow bells, etc.

Zero chance UF wins 9 games and i think a lot of their fans would admit that

I see them losing to Utah, Georgia, A&M, Tennessee, LSU, and Kentucky

I know they are a passionate fanbase and Leach is a top shelf coach, but is their roster really up to snuff to start hunting giants? UGA will most certainly be the points favorite by likely more than one score, so you are predicting a major upset. Fair enough. Looking at the schedule, really any of the regular season games will have UGA as the favorite so there'd have to be an upset somewhere. There are no reasonably predictable losses. Maybe Tenn because Hooker is a legit QB, but I don't see anyone else even keeping it close with us this year.

Uga will sleepwalk to another SEC CG.

Uf, UK or UTk will follow behind in any order of 2-4

UsCe will edge out Mizzou for 5th, and Vandy remains in the cellar.

IF UGA drops a game in conference play, it may very well be one of those Mike Leach win the one I'm not supposed to type of Pirate surprises wedged between the Dawgs UTk and UK games with State clanging cowbells at home.

So, a double digit favorite has never lost a game?

y’all are going about this the wrong way. The statistically correct way to do it is determine the percentage odds of winning each game then aggregate it.

IMO:

vs Oregon (ATL): 85%
vs Samford: 99.7%
@ S Carolina: 92%
vs Kent St: 99.8%
@ Mizzou: 95%
vs Auburn: 95%
vs Vandy: 99%
vs Florida (Jax): 92%
vs Tennessee: 83%
@ Miss St: 90%
@ Kentucky: 87%
vs Georgia Tech: 98%

That comes out to a W/L record of
(11.2-0.8)

Just because you are favored in every game doesn’t mean you are likely to go undefeated. It’s ok to say that you don’t see a likely loss on UGA’s schedule.

Not aware of what, if anything they did in the portal, but they return 17 starters. Tops in the SEC. From a 7-6 team that lost 3 of those 6 by a total of 8 points. And yes I am calling for a major upset.

Possible. That game and Tennessee worry me more than any other. I don't think we lose either, but like you said...it's possible.

I wouldn’t say zero chance. Not a great chance, but certainly not zero. The truth is, we just don’t know what we have until we start playing. If last year is an indicator, we’re screwed, but that was more of the coaches giving up than anything. Easily should have won 3 more games last year if we just gave a shite.
