FACT: Everyone and their momma knew Gainsville was either in the path of this storm, or right out side of it on Tuesday.
FACT: Everyone and their momma knew the game could have and should have been moved to Sunday on Tuesday or Wednesday, and the decision to postpone/cancel should have been made on Saturday or Sunday, instead of cancelling indefinitely on Thursday.
FACT: Foley, Alleva, and Sankey should all be fired!
FACT: LSU would have won this game.
FICTION: This game will be played.

When the hurricane is paying you a visit, you are the one with the problem. No one else should have to give up a home game for you, or re-schedule for you. Florida already got paid insurance money for their lost game. They absolutely should have to travel to LSU. LSU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT be required, or even expected to give up a home game, or go through the gauntlet of Bama, Ark, Fla, A&M in a 3.5 week stretch to "be reasonable." Period.

Because only the delusional will blame a school for a natural disaster it couldn't control. Lsu will be forced to move their game just like UF will.

It's time to give up. At this point, "the Florida is pussies" camp is so firmly entrenched they refuse to accept other considerations. Besides, some of the guys you are arguing with simply get lost.

Fact- Florida had no QB and was missing its entire starting DL. They wanted to reschedule the game.
Fact- a loss to LSU would have ruined their season
Fact- LSU is a different team with a new coach and is playing its best football.
Fact- UF had recruits on campus but they feared for the safety of students.
Fact- The SEC office dropped the ball.
Fact- No one would want to play 3 games in 12 days.
Fact- Why should LSU and the community lose 15 million to not play South Alabama to squeeze in UF?
Fact- UF sent its volleyball team to play in South Carolina during the storm.
Fact- UGA and SC played on Sunday

1. Fact: Anyone with an IQ above 10 knew this game was going to be in jeopardy of getting played at the original date, location, and time about a week in advance.
2. Fact: UF and Foley had plenty of time to make contingency plans in case #1 happened and didn't! They kept saying until it was too late: Game will be played as scheduled.
3. Fact: LSU and Alleva offered to play UF at home or away on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. UF declined. IF #2 was handled properly this would have been the best and most fair route to take for both teams.(You have to ask yourself why it wasn't)
4. Fact: LSU should NEVER give up a home game because an AD at another school didn't do his job correctly. (Again you have to ask yourself why was this done)

Would the game have been able to have been played as scheduled if the SEC hadn't stepped in to make a decision as Thursday?

there's no argument, LSU offered several options, UF refused them all, and now seem to only want to consider one option that doesn't work for LSU.
Why is it okay for Florida to refuse multiple options, but when LSU refuses one, they're being unreasonable?
