I've been on it since Summer. Working out while fasted can be rough, but you get used to it. My eating window is from 12-8. Sometimes I switch up my eating window to 1-9.. and sometimes I workout during my eating window.

They probably saw how much work Deion Jones and Kwon Alexander put in.

I think our 21 personnel matches up with their 3-4 defense.

UF fans are just as stupid and pussified like Foley and football team.

people, who haven't played football think like that. Retarded.

not sure why the downvote... you can clearly see that's the type of stuff he implemented at Wisconsin.... and even NFL defenses do this.

I'll take your expert internet tough guy advice with a grain of salt.

Wisconsin Aranda Film Session

Has Aranda stood up the DL yet?

When DL pace around like hungry tigers to confuse the OL and QB. I expect to see a lot of this vs Bama's passing game. BRUHHHH

I wanna see that 2-5-4 package we heard so much about past off season

I haven't seen DL stand up and pace around to confuse the defense either. My body is ready to see it.

and Reggie Bush was compared to Marcus Allen and Barry Sanders...How many Michael Jordan's are there?

comparisons dont always hold water.

I like aspects of LF7's game. He has incredible size and speed/vision for that size.

Concerns:
Competition. People in the NFL want to and will hit LF7 how does he react to it?

Individual Skillset: I don't see Adrian Peterson when I watch him. Even the Ole Miss game a couple weeks ago. He was hitting holes 15 yards in parameter and going 75 yards almost untouched. Those holes dont exist in the NFL game.

I see subtleness in his moves...but even his trucks are not natural they are usually givens. Players that gave up on the play and appear just to be trying to get him down...reminds me more of a Tebow or a Richardson on the college level. These players are being dominated not by pure talent buy by a gap in competition.

I dont see next level dominance in LF7 when watching him. AP if you watched him in college had "IT". LF7 is not the same back IMO. He might be as good as Gurley but he is not AP.

I also doubt his overall versatility as a back beyond being a direct workhorse running the ball. He does not seem like a natural at pass catching like a Marshall Faulk, David Johnson, LT21, etc.

He might take years to develop that skillset/might never click for him. In this offense that should be weighed as a considerable risk considering how we prefer to be a bit unpredictable with our formations and try not to tip our hat.

sounds like you don't watch any of his games.
LF7 is compared to Adrian Peterson, Bo Jackson, and the rest of the badass RBs that you heard of and you don't want him lmao.

Speed > Size
Too big is going to be his own problem. He's going to hold Key a lot.

looks like clean blocks/hit to me.

Run at Tim Williams

re: How Ole Miss scored 43 on Bama..

I think we need to do a lot of shot-gun playaction because I'm pretty sure they will run-blitz our pro-style playaction plays. Either that or straight drop back out of center. I don't want another sack fumble like Ole Miss.

Another set of plays they can do are draw plays.
Didn't know kids were allowed to clubs and bars.
It's almost like you're telegraphing a run/pass play depending on which RB you have in the game.

5 catches for 72 yards a TD
