Austin is not a college town.

It's a state capital which happens to have a college in it. Austin would still be well north of 700k without Utrans.

Pretty funny that crime & poverty rates are higher in baton rouge than tuscaloosa but you leave that off the bullet point.

Baton Rouge is title town of crime and being poor.

Edit: BR has negative growth because it sucks.

I’m actually surprised Auburn isn’t higher. The average price of a home there has probably more than doubled.
