Georgia vs either Bama or Tennessee.

10-2 > 9-3

Without going straight to muh rules, let me know why this isn't true?

Because the SEC Championship game is a matchup of winners of divisions in which all division teams play each other.

You're right. And it is but that should be changed.

The East had the luxury of being crappy for years. Just how it is. I wonder if we’ll even keep conference title games when playoff expands

It sounds like it will be when we expand.

Bama shouldn't lose 2 games to a teams with a combined 5 losses.

Tennessee already got their shot at UGA and didn't even belong on the same field as us, then followd that up by getting arseblasted by south carolina.

Those are really who you feel are worhty of being SEC champions?

I realize that. East has been pretty bad but has almost caught up to the West.

What I said in OP is still right and everyone knows it.

So why not sit guys for ooc games and focus only on sec schedule if ooc losses don’t count against you

Except there are years when the 2nd best SEC team isn't going to be #2 in the conference records because one division is so much better than the other. So unless you are proposing just having some folks pick the 2 participants like the playoff then I'm not sure how that works.

Wrong. Worthy of playing Georgia.

Is Georgia worried about Alabama I wonder? Maybe a little worried about playing Tennessee again?

Anyways, congrats on your easy no-challenge SEC title

I think 2 highest ranked teams is good enough.

Didn’t LSU win the Western division?

According "muh rules" sure they did and I'm totally happy giving them a Western Division pennant. However, for something as important as an SEC Championship Game, it should the two best teams in the SEC (ranked by the playoff committee).

Talk to your coach. He’s the one that makes those decisions

because the playoffs are still a thing. There's no guarentee LSU makes the playoffs even if we had beaten aggy and georgia thanks to our colossal frick up against FSU.

LSU shouldn't lose to:

FSU
UT by 40 points

or to us by 15 (though they did get a garbage time TD)

There was no shot for LSU to make the playoffs had they won this past weekend anyways. I hate it for them.

Isn’t the west division winner the best team from the west by definition? If so, why did you include Alabama?

Georgia already beat Tennessee, so what is the point? I mean both teams were relatively healthy.

Or are you just wanting to throw rules out the window and go by the “eye” test? If so, we can just do away with the SECCG and send the best looking team to the playoffs and forget about wins and losses.
