Interesting. That does match up with this:

I sure hope so. I am excited about our Offensive potential. Of course I have been that way for four years, only to watch it crumble

I don't think it was a motivation thing. I think it was a 'Let Flacco air it out more' thing. That's the impression I have anyway.

They weren't executing HIS offense. So they got another guy to do it. I guess it worked out for them
