The league's entire model has shifted dramatically. Unless ratings and, to a much lesser degree, ratings start to slide, Sankey has zero incentive to listen or care about the average fan. We're just expected to shut up, show up and give unquestioning support these days.
And the sad thing is the currency they're using to push all of this down our throats are folks love for and loyalty to their schools.

If the SEC went to a 4 game conference schedule, the SEC strength of schedule would be tougher than Big 12.
