I never knew that about OU’s stadium. It is odd looking and could potentially take some getting used to. Not an excuse I’d use but it could be a factor, especially for receivers trying to locate the ball and first time in the stadium. How many times have we seen an athlete lose the ball in the sun or lights? It happens.

I guess we could blame the grass too.
Or maybe the ball was not round enough

So a team that plays at the same field 8 times a year has no advantages over a team that has never played there?

Not saying they should not deal with. Just that anyone with an IQ above room temp knows there are home field advantage beyond the fans.

Did y'all have the same architect as A&M, because that looks like the old Aggie tackle box layout.

That field and it's lights didn't just magically appear on game day.
Those lights have been there for a long time, and many other teams found a way to win.

I remembered something about this last year. I went back and watched and there is twice where a ball is coming to Bernard and it looks like he can’t see it. Hands never come up, looking around. Seems like it happened. Not the reason we lost, at all. Just a thing.

Explain how OU beat Bama @ Bama on homecoming with 2024 revenge on their mind?
