Stricklin is lying like hell. There is no gotdamn way that a coach with a 12.5 Mil buyout just walks away after meeting with his AD for a couple hours on a Sunday morning. Also no way Stricklin did not know he was going to shite can him before today.

He didn't say that. He said they had made an agreement in principle for a reduced buyout

He just said there was a number of things that contributed. There is a settlement agreed upon in principle between McElwain and the UAA.
He did say that he did NOT meet with McElwain until today. Do I believe that? No.

I am saying that Stricklins whole thing was that he just talked with Mac today and they agreed to this and he had no idea he was about to fire the guy.
