The fake charity thing is what will bring on some kind of legislation. They'll have to make a law that says Nonprofits can't pay athletes for "advertising."

But that would also eliminate many children's hospitals and red cross type groups, that could actually do some good by having the college star helping them raise money, so there that.

All this bullshite about Texas directly paying their OL 150k

I wonder if anything actually comes of it. And what's funny is so many people were adamant that NIL wouldn't lead to this, yet here we are and it hasn't even been 6 months yet.

My sources are saying A&M is in the crosshairs of the investigation.

“There is no logical explanation for 5-star players to suddenly go to such an irrelevant program,” one reliable source advised.

A&M needs to be the first stop. NCAA opened a can of worms with this NIL. Hopefully they can get under control before it ruins the game.

All of A&M's NIL deals are accessible through FOIA and are all individual deals.

I'm sure there is a logical paper trail. Until actual bank accounts and spending of the individual exceeds the terms of the NIL. Aggy is using NIL to smokescreen the other backpacks full of cash to the families and/or players. Plain as day.

So the Aggies have a good chance at pulling in 5 of the top 10 players, yet Texas is the one you're hearing "rumors" about.

It's not the criminal who does the most crime that gets caught, it's the dumbest criminal.
