Honestly man, The only thing I'm worried about is if they will beat Oregon. After the NCAA's ruling I feel pretty good about it. NOW.. Do i KNOW for sure? Of course not. Do YOU or any other of these people know the opposite? Of course not. I believe it is what it is. So no I'm not worried because with all the reporters swarming around trying to get the story I think if AU paid anyone it would've been discovered this far in. JMO. If and that's a BIG if, something is uncovered then I'll be the first to admit I was wrong and I'll be very disappointed in my university.

If they did do something illegal, and there is certainly more than just a little smoke here from all the possible rumors, it will truly be a sad day for the SEC. To have the actions of of a few cost a University a National Championship and subject its fans, students, and loyal constituents to years of oppression due to the possible NCAA sanctions that could come would truly be tragic. I am an Alabama fan. But I do hope that it does not come out that Auburn cheated (and the rumors aren't just limited to Cam Newton nor is it limited to just this past year - See the Mighty Blue Tuna). It would be a stain on the SEC and all its member institutions.

Absolutely. We paid our price. It was a heavy one. Took years and Nick Saban to help wash it away and brings us back to a level where we could compete.

not that the universities ever learn...
but at least Bama fans can be real in the face of sanctions or penalties. it's like auburn fans are doomed to repeat history because they don't wanna learn from it. i believe whole heartedly that if Bama was in the exact same position as auburn that our fans would have been 100x more real about it.

Oh I don't believe there will be any skating. Most of the rumors I have heard or seen are predicated on possible involvement with others beyond a coach handing a kid an envelope or a box of steaks. Sit back and watch the trials that start in April. If there is something to all these rumors, it will all start to roll out then. It won't be before then. The body holding the supposed evidence is the FBI. They could careless about BCS Championships and the like. They want convictions on some guys they have been chasing for a very long time. They will not risk damaging any of those convictions by releasing anything to anyone before the normal course of the legal action. Everyone is just going to have to take a deep breath and relax. The AU Tigers can celebrate and enjoy their run. Time will prove if there is anything for them to worry about.

Enjoy the present an worry about the future. But, if I were you, I would leave the past alone. Auburn doesn't have much of one, and that that is there is pretty dirty.

By the way.... If you read Blue Tuna's thread, it would seem that the FBI has started notifying people that they have taped conversations of them. The Judicial process starts.....
