Ok... so admittedly, I’m not a huge baseball fan. So maybe I don’t know all the intricacies.
But watching Mize pitch , it seems he sets his front leg then lifts and resets it before he comes to the plate. I am assuming it’s legal because he does it on every pitch from the stretch. Can someone explain if this is ok or not

He does it in one motion, therefore it's legal. If you want to see some interesting windups watch Tanner Burns tomorrow for Auburn. He has three distinct windups, a traditional, a pause and pump, and a quick pitch.

It's hard to believe Josh Anthony didn't get drafted.

AU 1-0 over UF, bottom 2nd.
Had 2 on, no outs and only got 1 run vs Singer.

Good news is, his pitch count is already in the 40s after two innings,

Florida needed runs there big time.

Yeah, he is at 44. Would be nice to get into the gator pen.
We dodged a bullet just now.

First base ump did a great job blocking the first baseman.

That ball dropping in could be huge.
And singer may not make it many more innings. Maybe at 70 pitches at the end of 3

Bunt was to take away double play and get 2 in scoring position

Singer has a bum hamstring, when we square around to bunt he has to move off the mound. He's clearly not 100%.
Plus Florida still has a great pen.
