Go to 9 games or go to 2 perm crossover 1 perm in division and rotate the rest within your division. Perm cross division opponents aren't going away as the sec has two games that helped build the conference and are traditional rivalries.
As a matter of fact, schools that did away with traditional games are now going back to them. Pitt and Penn state are going to renew, a&m and Texas are discussing in private, Scott frost has said ou needs to be back on the huskers schedule.
I've noticed, People that bitch about not getting to play so and so more often, don't have a traditional rival. That's why I like the 2 perm crossover, 1 perm in division model. If all that matters is getting to play so and so more often then arkie, ole miss and LSU won't mind if they don't play Alabama or auburn every year. You'll get to play more teams from the east which is what's important, right?
