If that's why he's going elsewhere, then good. You don't want a kid who doesn't want to earn his spot in your program, and I'm pretty sure Saban would've spit him out anyway.

Absolutly. Could be the reason. Like I posted, I do know the staff hasn't been in touch after he committed and I do know someone else has popped up on the radar. Are the 2 tied together? I don't know. But what I do know is L.Owens was going to play at UA however he was told his slot was taken...thus why LO went public with AU. This could or could not be the case with Sanders.

You are nuts Bama wanted L.O. badly Saban was putting a lot of pressure on him as he is one of the better linebackers in this class.

LO was never going to bammer. you can stop thinking that one right now he played bammer.

if i can find a post i made in june or july about sanders i would love it. i said he was very high on auburn, but that family is all bammer, and that would likely be the deciding factor. glad that he went where HE actually wanted to go.

I don't mind white football players, but they should only be allowed on the OL, QB, P, PK, and occasionally TE. Never, under any circumstance, should they be allowed on defense, JMO.

I likey me a whitey at LB. Mofos usaully play with a chip on their shoulder because they ARE white. OTOH Me likes to see ANY color LB'er make a rb have a bad case of snot bubbles.

I really don't blame him to be honest. Hell the whole AU recruiting pitch to the kid was that he was not good enough to play for UA, and they are actually correct. No chance he would play in front of Hill Stintson and Upshaw.

Well the "Barn" is well on its way to a top-10 recruiting class... I know Bama fans, you guys have been doing this for 2 years now, but we're doing this alot sooner than later... Chizik and Co. are far exceeding my expectations...We're well on our way to a competitive in-state rivalry again...

Will Herring, Paul Puzlutsky (however you spell it), Teddy Lehman, David Pollack, Dusty Davorcek, Jared Allen, James Laurinaitis are all players off the top of my head who are white and have played in the SEC or NFL.

He only decommited from Bama because of depth or Saban saw him at a different position. If he chooses Auburn it will be because he can play early.

I think Craig was looking at Alabama's depth chart and figured they were pretty loaded there. It isn't anything against Alabama at all. They handled Craig and everything about his recruitment first-class - David Grice

well, I guess we should go look at LSU commits and see if there is a LB there worth taking to replace him.

Yes sir, the Marines are always #1 in the world so I can admit when Auburn is not as good as Bama or others.

I'm not trying to get into a fricking pissing contest with any Bama fans... All I said was I'm pleased with our progress and we'll be a lot more competitive with top-10 recruiting classes... I swear some of your brains have failed to develop...
