Yep, thinking about going contract. I would make more money and work when I wanted to but wouldnt have any ins so I would have to go on husbands and his is more expensive but it would still be better and since pay would increase it wouldnt be a problem. Now the problem will be convincing them to let me do it.

That's kinda what I was thinking. You wouldn't have to put up with near their b.s.. And like you said, the increase would offset the Ins. The hardest part that you'd have to do is start paying your taxes on your own and not letting it get behind. That's still the hardest part for me, getting disciplined enough to take out what I need to. I do think you'd be happier though doing that. And you could still always look around at other options while you did that too, ya know? I'd also think they'd be more willing to listen, it'd save them in insurance. IF, you decide to do it though, make sure you burn all your time in sick and vacation so that they don't screw you out of it when you present the idea to them.
