And it turns out that he didn’t commit suicide in his house. He did it while being chased by the police for speeding.
Being chased by police for discharging a firearm into the ground during a dispute, then fleeing when the police showed up.

The fact this gets downvoted is why most people have lost hope with common sense

Is that some weird La Napoleanic law that puts the accused in front of the grand jury?

I could be wrong, but maybe that was just the facts of the case to determine if he was going to be indicted or not?

Has zero to do with the situation and everything to do with the fact that Rick is a troll. I would have bet my home that the Rick would have posted in a thread about Lacey. Clear as day

If you speak with prison guards you’d learn this happens far too often than most realize. Most that don’t take their life during pursuit talk about how they wished they’d done it when they first get thrown in jail. It’s sad, usually these people have much to hide and have just been dealing with mental illness for far too long.

And on top of that, he was just leaving the streets going to jail, he had thrown away his career as a pro athlete and lots of money for what he was about to get into. A posh lifestyle able to have whatever he wanted for, well this.
