I've visited about 10 times in the past 5 years. I have some friends out there. I'm looking into the Round Rock area though. Outside of the main city.
The only thing I'm unsure of is calling myself a "Texan" and dealing with the big Texas attitude I've seen all too often. I suppose I can deal with it though.

Think about it. IF he goes to Texas and gets another NC, he will have pretty much cemented himself as the one and only GOD of college football for all time. Nobody will ever come close to that kind of success again. Ever.

Look there must be something to the rumor because I heard this Terry is shopping in Austin from a coach who is personal friends with someone inside UT days before this silly article...

If CNS goes to Texas it will be to chase history. I can see that happening. I can't see him leaving for money. For breakfast he eats a Little Debbie and microwaves a cup of yesterday's coffee. A lot of his money goes back into the community.

You get used to the Texas 'tude, except for Texas fans who only grow more obnoxious.
I think Williamson Co is the fastest growing county in the nation. I sure hope you wouldn't have to hike it to downtown ATX on a daily basis. I live in a community on Lake Travis, but outside the city. The sprawl is creeping out our way too.

I didn't like the way Fran talked.
He beat the shite out of LSU while Saban was there. Thats when Saban made the call to Sexton. Sexton Called A%M and the Dolphins, the rest fell into place.

I haven't read evey page.......but here it is regarding Nick Saban's contract.

The University of Alabama pays saban $225k per year. The rest of his contract is paid through advertising and endorsement money. That money would have no bearing on his retirement money.
