Lost six games…….

“ This is unfamiliar territory for the Crimson Tide. Alabama has not had more than three losses in a season in a while. However, just when was the last time Alabama lost at least four games in a year? You have to go all the way back to 2007, which was the first season of the Nick Saban era in Tuscaloosa”

DeBoer didn't have his type of players that fit his system.

And for us Bama fans, it is like getting off crack or heroin. My God, Nick Saban really was tGOAT. DeBoer is a good coach but that won't cut it at UA for long.

Its a brave new world. Bama doesnt rule with an iron fist anymore. The possibilities are endless now. Everyone should be happy

Deboer would’ve won the natty this year if he had John Park Wilson as his QB

And then immediately pulled in a top ranked recruiting class. So after a failed NFL stint and a bad first year at Alabama he is immediately able to recruit at an elite level.

The same thing he did at LSU. After not winning anything of significance at Michigan State and taking over a program who hadn’t won anything for decades, he immediately started recruiting at an elite level.

Saban’s recruiting at an elite level started before he was winning a bunch of Championships and putting tons of player in the NFL. He was as dirty of a “recruiter” as anyone in the game.

Shane Gillis was right

What kind of system doesn’t work with 5 stars stacked 3 deep?
