Then he will retire. It'll likely come next year. This team will have a fire again. He has said many times that he hates losing more than he like winning. He'll retire going out on top.

Clemsons offense will be better next year but their defense will take a huge step back.

Will Tua survive offseason beatings from daddy Tua?

Im sorry, but last night was the beginning of the end. I sure hope you guys are ready for the fall. It is kind of sad, but its much needed. The Bama Fatigue has set in across America. Its better this way, college football needs this.

I have no doubt he'll get one more, and I believe you are correct, he'll get it next year.

This year we lost our top 6 DBs from the previous year and played for the title with our #1 corner out for the season and bunch of freshman. Outside of Thompson (and he was a 1st year starter) we were extremely young on the back end.

Our best defender, LB - Terrell Lewis, was injured before the season started and never played a down. So was Allen who would have been one of our top 3-4 LB's as well.

We were also down Christian Miller (LB) for the championship game.

Getting back Diggs (CB), Lewis (LB), and Allen (LB) will be huge for this defense. Not to mention, Smith and PS2 having another year to grow and mature will also be a bug boost. Those two have a ton of talent, they're just young. We're also bringing one of the best defensive recruiting classes ever assembled.

On offense we return Tua, all the receivers, most the oline, and a plethora of backs. This team is loaded for another run.

The loss is only going to motivate Saban and the program as a whole. We'll be back.

He needs to go now. This will be his last #1 recruiting class. His age is going to start being used against him.

His age is already being used against him. He has earned the right to call it quits on his own terms. A loss in a national championship sucks. Especially a blow out. But its not the end of the world. Theres a new season coming later this year. Cant win it all every year

And add a ridiculously stacked class that replenishes depth on defense with some big play makers.

Alabama should be embarrassed by their performance last night. It was awful

But they will be back. We all want to believe this is the end but we say this every time Alabama loses (which is rarely)

The signed the #1 and #2 defensive ends in the 2018 class. They will step forward in the place of the players they lose this year.

It's truly one of the best classes ever, and Saban will add a couple more to it.

I just cant watch my Bama go the way of LSU holding on to the myth that was Less Miles. BAMA football means more to me than life itself, it's all I got, it's all my family has and most of my friends(except the one fricked up Auburn friend) have. I'm not saying I'm thinking Updyke level crazy but it will destroy me if Bama is not at the top every year. It's what we should demand as a fanbase. Excellence, just like The Bear.

I hope this is a troll but if you really believe this you deserve whats coming after Saban is gone, then you will realize how good you've had it.
