It won't pass. But all the API people are all kidding themselves, if they believe no changes are coming. Whether it's 8 officials, slower tempo by officials, or some sort of substitution rule. It's coming. I just know that the crying and whining by the API people will start over again. Except this time we've had a creek, next time it will be a river.
